About The Course
The Instructor has spent the last 33 years researching and applying freedom and law with an emphasis on “Sovereignty.” All of the various methods and approaches from State Citizenship to American National were learned over time and the best approaches to freedom have been applied and tested out personally. In 1999-2000, the methods taught in this course were wildly successful, proving at least to this Instructor, that the information used was EXTREMELY POWERFUL. In that same year, a new direction was embarked upon in life, a life of freedom has followed and no serious legal issues have arisen since, though much knowledge has been gained and preserved during that time. In the Beginning of 2026, it was decided it was time to share the knowledge that’s been gathered along the way.
The personal journey began in 1993, and in 1995-6, the information being collected such as facts, citations, court cases, quotations, definitions and legal points were accumulating to such a degree that it was necessary to form a journal of everything being learned. Over the course of the next 30 years, this journal was updated 5 or 6 times and formed into a personal study book, documenting everything important to the aspiring law student. In the beginning of 2026, a project began to organize all this information into a “Course” for students to study and learn all there is to know about legal “freedom.” In other words, the “Equity in Law” Course, is a compendium of one Freeman’s study, collected over 33 years and organized into a real, usable, educational one-stop Resource for Freedom. It is the most complete resource ever put together.
This instructor has been involved and attended almost every major educational turn over the last 33 years. This began with Richard McDonald and State Citizenship. This was followed by a Deep study into the work of Johnny Liberty and the Montana Freemen. This instructor attended classes by Elizabeth Broderick. Attended classes put on by close friends of Roger Elvick. Filed his UCC-1 against his Strawman in Sept 1999. Personally coached by Roger Elvick during several court proceedings and successfuly beat 2 Felony court cases by using the Three Magic Questions and “Accepted for Value.” Attended classes put on by Winston Shrout as well as TJ and You Are Law. Studied the works of Hartford Van Dyke, Right Way Law and Jean Keating, Eric Jon Phelps, David Clarence, Patrick Devine, Carl Miller, Romley Stewert, Richard Cornforth, Robert Maynard, Bill Thorton, Thomas Marvin Maxwell and the Informer. Read and studied the works of James Mortgomery and F. Tupper Saussy. Read and studied hundreds and hundreds of books on Freedom, common law, sovereignty, and all things freedom and patriot related. Carefully reviewed the work of Chris Hauser, Christian Walters, David Wayne MIller, Mark Emery, Tony King, Max Freeman, Du vaul Dey. Joined and attended dozens of other courses including courses on, Trusts, Reclaiming Securities and Post-1933 equity. Nothing was ever lost or thrown out. Everything was saved, and all the best material internalized. Still maintaining a personal friendship with several grandmothers and fathers of the movement.
This is a lesson on legal terms and definitions, and a history of precedents and cases that both establish and debunk, most of all the theories and ideas that have been circulating for 50 years. A complete education and a separation of the facts from the fictions. An education on all of the mistakes people have made for the last 50 years and why their strategies failed or will fail, eventually. A focus on Contracts & Commerce, Equity and Trust Law, Negotiable Instruments and Securities, Resolving Mortgages, Establishing and Building Estates and Avoiding Probate and Bankruptcy, and Most Taxes. This is an Advanced Estate Planning and “Living in Freedom” Course.
Handle claims, charges, taxes, mortgages, loans, debts and learn how to keep your wealth protected for generations. You will not be shown how to appear in court. You will be shown how to stay out of court, entirely, though, there are times when you may wish to Appear, and in those cases, you will be shown how to do so without being an Adversary to the Court. You will be shown how to keep yourself private at all times, and not Enter the Public, Except for specific purposes of your choice and when you do, you’ll know how to appear, legally and lawfully. You will be shown the correct words and language to use to communicate with public officials and government agents. You will be shown how to avoid confrontation every time. Most importantly, you will be shown how to work in harmony and peace with government, the way the government was designed to work for the people.
This knowledge was not gained in 5 years, or 10 years or 15 years or 20 years. This knowledge has been gained over the last 33 years and has never been presented in an education course previously or currently, anywhere else.
Notice: If you’re in the middle of a “serious” legal situation at this time, this is not something that can be learned in 1 month, then applied the next day, in most cases. It may or may not not be possible. There will likely be re-learning to do, erasing old programming and changing some areas of understanding. A student can get through the course in one month, but the time it takes to absorb it, and understand it will be between 1-3 years. This is a complete “Restructuring of the Mind”. A restructuring of the life comes afterwards. This is just basic sound advice. No Legal Advice is given.
This Course is not conducted over a Zoom meeting for 3 months. There are reasons for this. Learning is an active, not a passive process. Watching videos for 40-50 hours is passive learning. Students are put to sleep. They must also slow the video and transcribe everything piece by piece and information is not well organized, forcing the student to reconstruct all the material from scratch. — This Course is 1700+ Pages of specially curated material, all put into order of importance for the Student to learn. The most basic elements are introduced first, falsities and myths are brushed away, citations and definitions are given and the next subject matter which embraces the previous knowledge is then presented. Everything has been meticulously arranged for the easiest learning experience. Important areas of quotes and cites are either underlined, bolded or highlighted. The Course is 50+ Modules of Subject Matter and includes a 30+ Page Indexed Table of Contents for easy search through. Students also recieve a Fully Complete, Out of the Box Private Member Association and a Self-Supporting Ministry, put together by one of the leaders in the field. This alone is a $3500 value.
There has never been a course presented that was this complete, with all the most important information from all the best previous methods and an Instructor who ties it all together, both debunking the past Mythologies and shining light on the winning Remedies. It is the sincere belief of this Instructor, having been through many of the courses being offered out there, even as recently as 2026, that there is no better course available for the Beginner, Intermediary or Advanced Student, anywhere in the world today.
