A Review of Historical Teachers and Procedures Good & Bad
The Student is given a complete understanding of the past Instructors and their procedures and approaches. What were the good aspects of their teachings and where did they make their mistakes? Without a firm foundational understanding of the past, navigating the present into the future may be difficult due to conflicting ideologies and mixed approaches. It is beneficial to learn about and understand what people did in the past and why, and what may have been their faults in understanding or application. By studying and comparing working methods, the student begins to develop a clear view of where they stand and the best ideologies to stand upon.
Were some of the people who taught the use of Promissory Notes, Bills of Exchange and Comptroller Warrants, scam artists? Yes. Were all of them out to scam people? Absolutely Not. Were any of their methods legal and useful to know? Absolutely!
Is status change necessary?
Are we required to accept everything the government offers us?
Are we better off using a Trust to secure our assets?
How do we handle the IRS?
How do we travel in our automobiles and not get pulled over all the time?
How do we avoid spending all our time filling out paperwork and fighting paperwork battles?
Are there better ways of handling things with the court than walking in and appearing in person?
The TRUTH IS: There are many different ways to handle things, there is not just “one way” things must be done or handled, exactly, or else. Anyone who teaches that is misleading you. The truth is, status change may be very helpful and some people may prefer to do that. But it is not necessary or required to attain freedom. It IS Required to gain “Do Not Detain” Status. The Equity in Law Course offers the student various options in how they handle their private business. The important thing is to gain a foundational understanding of the following: Contracts, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Secured Party Transactions, Negotiable Instruments, and Securities. Once these areas are well understood, and the nature of the entire fraud that has occurred over the last 200 years or so, the solutions begin to appear naturally and the Student can make sound decisions on how to apply the knowledge they’ve gained in the field of legal freedom. Multiple paths are provided and some are favored over others.
The rest of the questions posed here are answered with details, in the Course material.

Sovereignty, the Law and Super Intelligence (SI)
Is Artificial/Super Intelligence DESIGNED TO LIE to us Regarding Sovereignty and Freedom? The simple is answer is “YES” 100%. – Therefore, who can we trust when researching “freedom” in terms of self-sovereignty, when the AI and Super Intelligence Systems themselves are “Compromised?” 1st, we must understand HOW they are compromised, then we can learn to navigate the maze of legal lies more easily. The Equity in Law course is designed in such a way as to teach all the concepts sovereign minded people love to learn, without all the hangups of the false understanding that lies beneath the words. Some words have become “charged” in the past 20-30 years. A “Birth Certificate” means one thing to someone who has been taught incorrectly, and it means something entirely different to someone who has learned what the Birth Certificate actually is and how it can be used or applied. Similarly, knowing about the Strawman does a person no good, if their understanding of what it is, or how it affects their life is either false or incomplete.
A recent search for the name of an individual who taught sovereignty decades ago, resulted in the following return from Google’s SI: “Your query most likely refers to one of two prominent, unrelated topics where the name “XYZ” and legal/financial terminology intersect:
1. ‘The Sovereign Citizen Scammer “XYZ”…..
and then proceeds to list 4 citations by the Southern Poverty Law Center, (SPLC) with no alternative citations or views presented.
In April 2026, federal prosecutors indicted the SPLC itself on fraud, false-statement and money-laundering-conspiracy charges.
The government’s basic allegation is that the SPLC raised money from donors while representing that it was fighting/extinguishing extremist organizations, but secretly used millions of dollars of those donations to pay confidential informants who were members of, or embedded in, extremist organizations. Prosecutors initially said more than $3 million was involved; the later indictment expanded the alleged amount to more than $4 million between 2007 and 2023, involving at least eight informants.
In August, DOJ filed a second superseding indictment adding former SPLC Intelligence Project director Heidi Beirich as a defendant.
According to that indictment, Beirich was romantically involved with one of the SPLC’s informants, identified in the indictment as “F-9.”
The allegations include:
- F-9 had infiltrated the National Alliance, a neo-Nazi organization.
- F-9 had allegedly been working as an SPLC informant since at least 2003.
- The SPLC allegedly paid F-9 approximately $1.2 million over the years.
- Beirich and F-9 allegedly lived together.
- They allegedly shared two bank accounts.
- Between 2015 and 2021, approximately $140,000 in SPLC-controlled funds allegedly moved into their joint accounts.
- Prosecutors allege some of that money was used for their personal living expenses.
In Other Words, the SPLC were in bed with actual Nazis, and this is who is being cited by Google when searches regarding “Sovereign Citizen” related issues of ANY KIND are searched for. This is not only present on Google, but through ALL AI/SI systems!
Who do you suppose is actually responsible for this? Could it have anything to do with Georgetown University? Hmmm
